Apacheの起動スクリプト

最近、Jobeetの翻訳がサッパリ進んでおらずすいません。水面下でちまちまと進行させているので、待っておられる方は気長にお待ちください。。

自分が使ってるApacheの起動スクリプトをメモがてらここに記述。
